5 : 1.2431 more byggy than 0.2338

So this is a generalized summation of my experiences so far. I don't have a lot of specific bug behavior to not, more a general feeling of the everything. I'll post bugs as I experience them here.

I had run 2338 for a few weeks now as a portable install. It worked flawlessly. Not a single hiccup. Smooth, fast, reliable. There was some stuttering when scrolling through the playlist, but it was the only thing I noticed.

The newest update 1.2431is not that at all :

- Lot's of general hangups. Usually the interface becomes unresponsive, but music is still playing. System as a whole works as usual. Task Manager says very high power usage and constant high cpu load.

- Cycling through view mode via the hamburger button up to the right makes MM hang. Sometimes long, sometimes short. Sometimes I have to force close.

- Stuttering when scrolling down or up in any list. (This was also present previous ver)

- When scrolling fast, you are able to "pull down" or "drag out" UI elements (the entire column-bar). The faster you scroll, the longer you can pull this down. When you stop scrolling, it pulls back. Turning on or off smooth scrolling only changes the behavior to more stocky movement.

- When slow scrolling in the list, it creates a sort interim "stop", like a mmillisecond pause, before it continues.

- Sometimes when changing view mode, some of the files dissapear. Under a specific artist, then sorting all songs with title, some songs are just gone.

- It auto-looks up covers if there are none. The save image is superimposed on it. But I don't want it to look up at all! All settings are off BTW.

Suggestions :

When in File Properties/editing the "look up image" function is amazing. Bravo. But I often have an image locally and feel it is unnecessary to look up online. Separate it to "look up" and "local storage".

I am in favor of this development as it is the case in MM4.

I too favor this. Although not a deal breaker, it does eliminate a few steps.
