[Bug] dragging/rearranging columns scrolls up [#18255[

In a list view (either album or not), if you are not at the top of the list, and drag one of the column headers (in order to rearrange them), the view scrolls up as if you are using the mouse wheel.

Works in all nodes etc that I've tried.
