Average Album Rating? [#18675]

Perhaps it was a plug-in, but one of the MM4 features I miss most was the "Average Album Rating." An average based on individual track ratings for an album would be displayed in the Summary.

I've looked all over for this but haven't found it. Am I missing it somehow? If not, are there plans for this feature?

I just checked and if MM5 vieww for albumsa is set to GRID (BY ALBUM) and average rating is also shown.

The OP was asking about the Summary column, so is probably talking about what is now the List (by Album) View

• in MM4 this used to display the average album rating

• this is lost in MM5, it just shows the Release date instead

I don't think that there is any way to reconfigure that, is there?

After installing 5.0.2.2531 I do see the average album rating in the grid view but still not in the List (By Album) view (either that specific view or a modified view based on that). Perhaps there's a file I need to delete to recognize the new behavior?

No, it's just displayed with Album, but not an actual field (it's a calculated average).
