Music not all added

Post by Springsteenfan »

I just added my music to MM5. I have something like 47,000+ tracks. However it's added less than half of them to the all tracks.
My music is all collated on its own drive so MM doesn't need to look anywhere else. Also why does it not allow you to look so individual albums like MM4.x does? All I see on MM5 is a filled green square for my E drive that contains my music.
They're all fully tagged via Tag & Rename. I know they're done correctly as they all show up when I check them via MM4 and when I check via properties and the files total. How is that some 27,000 songs are missing?

You can use the individual albums like in MM4, which view/node are you in and did you try to change view (List, List (by Album), Grid (by Album)) ?
Changing views via the view button here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/84731sk48q8ld ... 5.png?dl=0

Are you sure that those missing files aren't there under another collection ? i.e. if Music > All tracks does not show them all then Entire Library > All tracks should show them ?
Or alternativelly Playlists > Accessible tracks ?

Also take a look at you configuration in Options > Library : https://www.dropbox.com/s/im8am7rx08ln0 ... 6.png?dl=0
are the file extensions of the missing files configured there to scan?
