Exception Access violation at address 00406E5F when syncing with Ipod Classic

Hi guys. I just bought MM5 to upgrade from MM4. I am trying to sync an old ipod and it keeps crashing on me:



I installed the latest build 5.0.3.2615 (the beta, not the normal install) hoping to get an error log but nothing shows up in the EurekaLab s.a.s\EurekaLog\Bug Reports\MediaMonkeyEngine.exe or EurekaLab s.a.s\EurekaLog\Bug Reports\MediaMonkey.exe folders.

It always happens on the same file I have circled above. I am using the MM5 Codec pack 3.0.6. The file is flac and I have the conversion set to ALAC M4A. The file plays fine and if I do a normal Right Click -> Convert Format... in the Library listing, it exports fine.

Is this a known issue? Let me know what else you need.

Can you please Open support Ticket and send us DL link to that file, also can you not do the full Sync but Actually select same file -> Send to -> Sync to Ipod?
