Syncing Comments field to Android

Is there a way of syncing music so that, when I'm playing on my Android, I get the text that's in the Comments field?

I have a playlist of recordings of a radio show-- Schickele Mix, if you're interested-- and each segment has a lengthy Comments section that includes that segment's music. It'd be nice to read those when I'm listening on my Android.

If I can't, I could probably move that text into the Lyrics field. Any suggestions?
