Hi,
As you are still on Win 7 for browser you can try https://github.com/win32ss/supermium/releases which should work too.

If Install still fail, try to install MM 5.1.0.2829 Portable (select during install) on any Windows 10 PC and then copy portable folder on your Win 7 PC.

HINT: Do not start MM after Portable install in order to init all variables on your Win 7 PC.
HINT 2: If it fails to start first time Kill all MM processes and start NOGPU BAT file.

Hi,
That is DeGoogled Browser based on latest Chromium and patched to work on Windows 7.

I briefly tested and installed on friends old Win 8.1 that fail to install latest Chrome and it worked.

You don't for MM, but it was just my observation when testing Various Chromium versions, where I was pleasantly surprised that That browser works really well on Win 7 if you ever need to browse Internet on that PC if not just ignore remark on it.

As for MM, latest MM 5.1.0.2829 Portabl eworks normally for past few hours on friends Win 8.1.

I installed MMW5 Portable version and regular version. Both of them give me this error: Can't start because api-ms-win-crt-string-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. How do I install that now?

Some of packages I suggested at viewtopic.php?p=515940#p515940 that you need are missing or corrupted.

It is very hard to maintain working Win 7 these days unfortunately.

I found something interesting. When I copy a mp3 file to the sd card directly from the laptop to the card some files don't fully transfer. If I transfer them to a diffrent external drive then to the sd card everything transfers perfectly. Weird huh?

Unfortunately yes, but that will make more problems for you as that problem is specific to your PC which explain why more users have not complained.

If only I can wish that things are sometimes easy to crack and find. It would be much easier if MM was cause of bug as we can fix it then
