[REQ] VU Meter feature request

oh yeah? I wasn't sure how that works. I would think there would be a way to have a VU meter that would be on any skin. like a global feature. I like the Material Design skin and the custom colors i have for it. I don't know how easy it would be to add one to a skin.

I've requested a VU meter like the stereos had when i was growing up several years ago. I was told it has to be made into a skin but no one makes them into a skin. i check twice a year but still no skins that has them. When i was using MusicBee it had a black and white one built into the program. I would like to see one that has the traditional Green, yellow, red. With all this technology i'm surprised this program don't have it. I don't understand why it isn't built into the program. am i the only audiophile what likes them? thanks.

I use Peace APO eq. it has a VU meter but i would like to see one in the MM program. and a nicer looking one then the plain one on Peace. Peace EQ is pretty neat because i have it set up for the computer speakers or diff earbuds or headphones. and since my hearing is starting to decrease on the vocal range in the left ear i finally had to figure out how to EQ the left and right channel's independently so compensate for the low vocals in the left ear. I'm worried how much more it's going to decline. my vision already makes it hard to edit photos with blurriness or astigmatism that comes and goes. but now my hearing is starting to decrease and i love GOOD SOUND. to think music won't sound as good in the future scares me. I'm 47 now.
