I don't see the OS Integration option under Tools > Options > General.
My General option starts with Hotkeys.
How do I get OS Integration to show again, and why would it be missing in the first place?

OS Integration is only available on regular installs. Portable Installs don't have this as they're designed to not integrate with the OS.
