MMW notnseeing my external sd card.

I have MMW 4 gold and MMA version 2.0.4.1231. For some reason MMW does not see my external sd cards. When I plug my phone in it sees that. What can be wrong and how can it be fixed. My laptop cannot connect to the internet and it is running Windows 7. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Presumably MMA has access to the SD Card? Could the card be disabled in MMW, use Show all in the main panel for Devices under Devices & Services and make sure the device isn't listed somewhere lower (and maybe disabled).
Note that the current version of MediaMonkey is MediaMonkey 2024.1, are you actually on MediaMonkey 4 (if so the instructions are different)?

Yes I am using MMW 4 Gold. As MMW 5 will not work on this laptop I have.
