Trashes mouse

I just got MediaMonkey for Windows 2024.2.0.3153 beta and love it ... But while playing songs, it trashes the mouse so bad it's almost unusable. Only happens while music is playing...??? Confused!!! Oh ya, Windows 11 Logitech M3S mouse. Update: this only happens if mm2024 is foreground while playing music, I haven't tested video. may get to that today, not sure. Oh ya, the laptop track pad does it as well. Same with Bluetooth connected mouse track pad looks like any type of mouse devices while playing music in mm2040 in the foreground.

Yes, the Sound Blaster X3 is one of my sound devices. I have many sound devices, and I haven't tested others. Just let me know what you want me to test! The Sound Blaster X3 is on a dock connected to Thunderbolt, and an HP EliteBook 840 G8 is my main laptop. Ok, more info, it seems fine on internal sound. It's doing other strange things on Thunderbolt to dock to HDMI, it clips the monitor if you move the mouse. Picture and sound clips out. Docks are UltraSmart. Found a bad Thunderbolt cable, it's not clipping on Thunderbolt to dock to htmi now. More testing needed as it's ok one time, then it's only doing it on dock sound. It may have been a bad Thunderbolt cable .... Dam 30$ cable ... still testing Opps new cable, htmi is working now. Dam cables are getting too expensive. So we're on hold for more testing, but looks like if you want to close iI can reopen if it starts again... THX

Ouch, I hate when this happens. I have similar issues constantly when working on Studio Equipment (most often 10k+ valued) where from unknown reasons I get hum in output (sometimes even on devices connected to same electric phase) or in front of broadcasting amp. The only way to correctly resolve is to do total Galvanic isolation and audio channel separation.

I am curious what you have done to resolve the issue? I've heard that HDMI cables with optical fibers resolve such issue.

It was a Thunderbolt 4 cable to one of my Docks—not a month old! Some of these cables are getting too stiff and fat to the point that they twist themselves to death. I just got one, coiled so fat and stiff it won't even uncoil! Hey, I'll try to get back to you on the first email. Your info again! I think you're on Telegram.
