[SOLVED] Any chance we'll get support for iOS 18 in MM4?

Hi,

I'm still using MM4 (even though I have a lifetime license), because I made many scripts for MM4, everything works as I want, and I'd rather not spend the time redoing everything.

But I had to change my phone, and now I have an iPhone 15 with iOS 18, and of course they've changed things so I can't sync it with MM4.

Is there any chance that there'll be updated iOS support for MM4?

I downloaded and installed the IOS18 plug in. It's recognizing my iphone 16 which is cool. However, I get this prompt "iphone/ipod firmware is incompatible with this version of MediaMonkey. You'll be able to view contents of this device but will not be able to write to it." So when I attempt to sync playlists/songs it runs and completes pretty fast but I can't view any of the playlists/songs I tried to "write" to my phone. How can I fix this?

Are you sure your device is on iOS 18.0? Anything newer isn't and isn't planned to be supported in MediaMonkey 4. The current MediaMonkey 2024.2 supports up to iOS 26.
