Need a refund - how to contact support?

I feel as though this place is sending me in circles. On the form to request a refund it has a "help desk" link that doesn't work and if you find your way here it makes you sign up and log in and see nowhere called help desk but see posts directing people to open a ticket with support and then no idea of how to do that!

I find this product does not do what I need it for and as I'm 30 days within the 30 day refund I would like to please submit my form to apply for the refund. Please can someone send me to a webpage or forum post where I can upload my form. Thank you.
