Media Monkey doesn't recognize iPhone running ios 26.5

Hi maybe I've missed something but I haven't been able to add/delete music on my iPhone through MM for months now. I have the latest MM and the latest iTunes desktop according to each program. When the phone is plugged in MM just never recognizes it's there or reads the music. Prior to this several months ago it could see it was there but wouldn't let me add/delete tracks from the iPhone SE3.
Currently running:
Windows 11
MM 24.2
iTunes 12.13.10

Make sure you have the correct iTunes and that iTunes is able to see it.

If that's the case, make sure you didn't disable the iPhone in MediaMonkey.

If neither helps, what exact Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey are you using?

Ok so there was an issue with iTunes. Perhaps it was the Windows version like you noted, but appears there was an issue with the Mobile Device Servers in iTunes. I deleted all the apple software and reinstalled. MM reads the phone now but a bunch of the songs titles are grayed out and when I click on them they play a different song than the one listed.

Edit: Appears mostly to be working now, but not sure why some tracks are grayed out. One was no longer on the device. Others are just being treated like they aren't there but still play.

What exact Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey are you using?

Is the greyed out issue on the phone or in MediaMonkey?

They aren't grayed out anymore. Not sure what was going on but I had an issue over the past couple years where songs I deleted off my phone would still populate as if they were on the phone, only with grayed out titles/info. Not sure if it's related. But everything looks good now. Thanks.
