Tag from filename has stopped working on second use. Works fine after first load but try and use the feature a second time and it presents a dialogue box but without the files selected displayed and without the previous file format mask used nor the saved list of file format masks used previously or created by the user.

I can't replicate, are you using normal or portable MM install?
