Newbie needing help - Syncing a zen vision m

Hopefully this will be a simple one to answer??
Yesterday i bought a creative zen visions m mp3 play and since then i've been trying to sync it up to media monkey.

The problem i'm having is that mm cannot find the device. The device shows as just 'my zen' in expolorer, but you can't see it in mm, nor is there a drive letter associated to it, so mm cannot find the device.

I checked on the list of 'syncab;e' mp3 players and the zen vision m is on there.

Can anyone let me know where i am going wrong?
