setWikiLanguage: Where can I change it? [#18784]

It would be nice, if foreign users could see the Wiki-Articles (Playing > Artist Bio) in their own language.
Somewhere in ViewHeader.js I found "uitools.globalSettings.defaultWikiLang", but I can not find a place in the UI to change it.
I hope, installing a lang pack would change it... nope!
Messing around in persistent.json let me succcessfully receive one single de.Wiki contribution.
But where can I make this parameter permanent?
(Perhaps, I'm too thumb again, to find the entry in Options )

Use the 3 dots when viewing an Artist in the Info Panel and you can use Choose different language.
