Titles are added to the paying queue several times [#19876]

Since I have been using MMA 2.0.0.x, I have noticed that when I add titles to the playing queue, they are sometimes added more than once.

The process is as follows:

There are some titles in the playing queue and one title is currently being played.
I then switch to an album via the Burger menu in Music - Album Artist, press and hold the desired title there and select Play next via the 3-Dot menu.
When I now switch back to the playing queue, the selected title has been inserted there several times.

As far as I could find out, this always happens when a song has several artists.

An example:

The song Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen is played.
The song Bicycle Race by Queen is added via Play next. This only appears 1x in the Playing Queue.
Then the song Under Pressure by Queen & David Bowie is added via Play next. This song now appears 2x in the playing queue. In the case of Under Pressure, both "Queen" and "Bowie, David" is actually stored as the artist.

I have sent a debug log with the log ID HKQELRMCMG.

The versions of MMA and MMW that I am currently using can be found in my signature.

Thanks for the report. I've tried to replicate, have haven't been able to yet.

When you say that it occurs 'sometimes', how often does it occur? e.g. does it occur for tracks other than 'under pressure'? I'm wondering if maybe the bug, in your case, might be that 2 different tracks point to the same file, and that's why it's occurring for that specific 'under pressure' track.

Sorry, maybe I chose the wrong expression here. According to my tests in the last few days, it seems to affect all titles that have more than one artist, not just "Under Pressure".

The problem always occurs when I add such a title via Play next or Play last.

I chose the Queen example because it corresponds with the debug log I sent.

Maybe the following will help:

I only use VBR MP3 files that have been encoded with LAME.
The tags are stored in ID3 2.4 UTF-8 format.
If a track has multiple artists, they are stored in multi-value fields.

Hi,
I can also confirm Rusty findings eg. I can't replicate.

Here is what I tested:
1. Left some tracks in queue and playing
2. Added Track from Artist browser that have multiple Artists (See below Track in MM5 and MMA)
3. No duplicates added
4. Repeated test with other nodes and with or without aplaying tracks or any tracks in queue. Also I tested adding multiple tracks with multiple artists, both with 1071 and 1072.

If you can replicate it would be also helpfull to make screen recording of steps along with new debug log.

I did a few more tests.

It seems that the problem only occurs when I add the tracks via the Album Artist node and then Albums, as can be seen in my screen recording.

In all other ways I have tried so far, the tracks are actually added to the playing queue only once.

I have not noticed this before, as I almost always add individual titles via the Album Artist -> Albums path.
