[REQ] Create a folder to put music in!

I need the ability to: Right click a folder in the folder tree > Create a folder

It also doesn't recognize empty folders so I can't create one in Explorer and then add tracks to it from MM. I have to add one file to it before it will show up.

The Location node in Collections only show folders with content in the Library and this is by design. Under Folders though you can see all folders including empty and non-library folders and will allow you create new folders.
