Isn't there an option to BURN MP3's?
I just saw the new update for AUDIO CD's but where is the option to burn MP3?
Re: Isn't there an option to BURN MP3's?
Hi,
Data CD/DVD (MP3) burn is not available, we may bring it back in future, but no estimate if and when.

Re: Isn't there an option to BURN MP3's?
Why is it so difficult to keep the best of an old version?
Burning MP3 data to a CD/DVD seems to be a no brainer.
You put the CD burner back in but the CD/DVD option is
a more important aspect for storage and traveling with
newer vehicles that can read the MP3 format. That
along with DVD Players in TV's. Please fix as soon
as possible and keep up the good work.

Hi,
One of the main problems is that Drives phased out and when we asked users the did not care with exception of formidable requests for Audio CDs.
I was just looking and have found only handful of expensive Workstation Laptops having Internal Drive Even ones that are recommended at https://www.laptopmag.com/articles/lapt ... dvd-drives have hardware 4+ years old. Also it is very very hard to locate decently priced PC case with 1x5.25" (not to talk about 3x5.25"/2x5.25"+1x3.5" I for example need) external bay slots with support of AIO water cooling. Many many new builds branded or not simply do not include Drives also. Same goes with cars that now have USB ports, Aftermarket Android Units are also much cheaper now, that can support MMA.
That said it is on To-Do, but unfortunately without ETA and lower priority. MM5 license works for MM4 too so no lost functionality if MM4 is used for burning.

The Option is, to send a List (convert to MP3) to a folder and burn the content of this folder with Windows Explorer.
That's only ONE step more.
I use this way to "burn" MP3 to micro-SD for my car.

You can directly use MM5 to sync to SDcard like any other Sync device.
