Cursor up/down bug in properties pop-up box [#20154]

When I bring up the file properties box for a track/album, the cursor selection keys don't work as expected when selecting and editing a field where there could be multiple possible entries.

For example:

1) Select a track or an album and right click to bring up the properties box.
2) Select a field where you can start typing and it brings up a list of possible entries from your library, for example in the Artist field start typing "John" (if you have multiple John's in your library).
3) You should be able to use the up/down cursor keys to move through the list of possible Johns but it seems to automatically choose the first one when I press cursor down.

Confirmed on my side, though I am not sure if this as intended or not.

And you definitely have more "Johns" in your music collection than me !

I don't think it's as intended as I've always used cursor up/down like this in previous versions and it worked OK before.
