APE plugin won't play files

APE plugin won't play files

Hi,

APE plugin won't play files if the directory where they are contain japanese characters. Changing the file to a path without the special characters makes the plugin play the file.

Also, when putting a MP3 in the path with japanese characters, it plays perfectly.

Most additional plugins are from other developers. That means that often that person needs to update the plugin to solve bugs. I'm not sure if MediaMonkey can solve this one or that the plugin has a bug.
