Shortcuts: Special characters when releasing the ALT key [#20690]

When assigning shortcuts with the left ALT + number pad, MM inserts a special character when the Alt key is released.
Workaround: Save the shortcut before releasing the ALT key. See -> (German keyboard)
Edit:
Using regular number keys is not a workaround because it is not possible to use them intuitively (forward, back).

The workaround is using regular number keys instead of numpad.
