Drag to playlist broken in 3033 [#21028]

Dragging tracks from expanded album in Browser view to the playlist no longer works in 3033 Beta. Dragging a track in List view works as normal. Right-clicking track and selecting "Add to queue" also works. Reverting to 3031 which behaves as expected.
