[REQ] Equalizer preset name display

Post by Chrispy »

I have recently enhanced my audio with some decent up to date hardware.
I have successfully got a handle on the MediaMonkey equalizer, creating presets etc.
Very happy with the results. :D

Just one question...

Is there a way to display which equalizer preset is enabled or in use?

I would like to have the active preset displayed if I hover my mouse over the equalizer icon on the toolbar.
And maybe also displayed in the heading of the equalizer window.
Image attached to show what I'm talking about.

Thank you for your anticipated response!

Image doesn't appear to be working?

Came here to ask this very question. :D

Plus, the same feature is already implemented on MMA 2.

On MMW, the equalizer screen has room above the sliders, or below-left, to place a filename string.

The trick, I suppose, would be what to show when a loaded preset is later changed in the EQ screen. Some programs will display the filename with an asterisk indicating unsaved modifications to notify the user something is different.

But it would be a nice addition.
