Sync Issues with Walkman NW-A55 [#21205]

I've been trying to sync my MediaMonkey library with my Walkman NW-A55 for a few days now. I have a huge library, so I have to put it on an SD card in the Walkman. There are still hundreds of gigabytes of room on the SD card. I was using Music Player for PC before, but it started bugging pretty badly, leading me to switch to MediaMonkey 5.0.5.2695, which works well on my computer.

I am unable to put myup-to-date library onto the Walkman. I plug it in, both my computer and MediaMonkey recognize that there's a device and an SD card plugged in, but then MediaMonkey just scans it for ages and sometimes crashes. I've gotten to the sync point a couple times, but it never ends, even if I leave my computer on and plugged in overnight.

Here is one of the error messages I've gotten:

I've restarted my computer, the program, and the Walkman. I've tried updating software. I've tried plugging the Walkman into different USB ports. I searched the forum for similar issues, finding very little.

I'm not the most technical person, so it's very possible that there's a simple fix I'm missing. I'm hoping that's the case.

Any suggestions or help will be immensely appreciated! Thank you!

Can you please try with the latest MediaMonkey 2024 build to see if it fixes the issue>

I downloaded the Debug build. When I tried to sync, it gave me this error:

Did you send in the log? If so, can you please open a Support Ticket and tell us which email was used to send the log, so we can connect it with you?

This has been fixed in build 3053 (hopefully--we couldn't replicate). Can you confirm whether the fix resolves the issue for you?
