I thought I had a great opportunity to sync MediaMonkey (my main music organization Tool) with my DJ Software in use.

Source Mediamonkey:

Target iTunes (or any other like Mixo or Engine DJ or NI Traktor 4)

This is not possible, but you can do an iTunes XML export if the software you use supports it.

This is what I did. Used the ITunes XML Export from MMW and the result is no folders in all programs I imported it into,

Hi,
We tested it years ago, and have not fully tested nesting of playlists during export.

Most recent one is tracked at https://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view.php?id=21002

Based on your pictures apps import MM nested structure in format "<root> - - <Playlist name>"

There is a chance exported structure is different.

What needs to be made is that you create iTunes exported itunes.xml with few tracks and nested structure of few playlists, then import it in app like Traktor and confirm nested playlist structure. After that please send us that ZIPPED XML file in support ticket so that we can analyze.

Please note that you very limit number of tracks and nested playlists 4-5 playlists with up to 2 levels deep like in your pictures.

Reason for that is large xml files are harder to recreate in MM and compare for differences.

Hi,
FYI https://www.ventismedia.com/mantis/view ... 002#c77948 is fixed this in MM 2024.1.0.3103+ so it supports playlist hierarchy.

I think you should be satisfied.

Thank you for patience and HAPPY MONKEYING!
