Which Build (Help > About) of MediaMonkey are you using and what part (video/audio/both) is glitchy? What resolution (ie. 1080/4k) are the videos?

I told you. As far as the videos I can play that are glitchy they are MP4s. They are 1080 or less.

mp4 files are glitchy. mkv files won't play at all.

What happens if you install a generic free system codec pack like k-lite codec pack. Does that improve things?

If I got your post:
crawdad63 wrote: Fri Jul 04, 2025 4:53 pm mp4 files are glitchy. mkv files won't play at all.
Installing third party Codecs with wider support could help you.

Also if MP4 are glitchy possible issue can be with GPU driver as from my knowledge past 10+ years GPUs have hardware decoder for MP4 and if windows driver/codec works OK then they should not be glitchy. Well exception is 4K+ videos played on 10+ years old low end PC/GPU.

Hi,
Can you please open support Ticket and supply us with DL link for one smaller glitchy MKV file?
