Not found message box for metadata appears even when all options are disabled

I need to rip more than 200 cds, and none of them are in any database. I would really appreciate the option to suppress the not found message box every time I load a cd. I have disabled every option under Metadata lookup, but still I get the message box every time. What can I do? Please help.

There is no option to disable CD lookup.
