Switching between Collections and Pinned Playlists [#21957]

Hi,

after selecting a Collection in the left Panel Mediatree (eg Audiobooks), I then select a pinned (Auto-)Playlist, which contains only Music, and then click on the link for Artist or Album in the Summary Column, the Artist or Album shows no Tracks or Albums. Also the Location above the Panels shows Home/Audiobooks to Home/Pinned/Playlist and then Home/Audiobooks/Album Artists/Artist.

This does not happen when selecting an unpinned Playlist in the second step, then it goes Home/Audiobooks to Home/Playlists/playlist and then Home/Entire Library/Album Artists/Artist and all tracks and albums show up.

I am on MM 2024.2.0.3184

Is the Entire Library Collection enabled to be shown in the Media Tree?

So far I'm unable to reproduce on the latest beta. It always goes to Entire Library > ....

Yes, Entire Library is enabled. I have installed MM 2024.2.1.3206, still the same.

I noticed something else while trying out things, when i change the view of the playlist from List (by Albums) to Grid (by Albums)
the link of the album within the playlist goes to Home/pinned/playlist/album and all the tracks show up. The Link for the Artist however still goes to Home/Audiobooks/... .

Find More from Same should use the Active Collection, if not in a Collection Entire Library will be used.

I still can't reproduce, so hopefully this shows why this happens on your setup.
