Crash: UPnP/DLNA entries in playing queue [#22000]

Post by x1TUFSS »

Just auto-updated to version 1302 today and immediately encountered a serious bug: if there are any entries in the now playing queue which point to a file served via UPnP/DLNA (as opposed to local files), MMA will crash as soon as the playing queue is selected, whether via 'Queue/Art/Lyrics' at the top, or 'Playing queue' elsewhere. Removing the offending entry/entries from the queue by playing local files (thus clearing the queue) stops the crashing. Play queue length has no effect on the issue: a single uPnP file will crash, while 16,000+ local files pose no issues. File format seems to have no effect either.

For what it's worth, I'm running Android 16 on a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, and having used MMW's UPnP/DLNA functionality almost every day for at least six years, have had no issues like this until today's update to 1302.

I have already submitted debug log ID 1CSN3JIHLI in relation to this issue. Thank you 8)
