Sync is needlessly converting files to FLAC

Syncing my favorites playlist to my phone. Noticed MMW states on the sync progress bar (Converting to flac) while syncing some files. I dont have any rules that would do this. Plus, the file is already a FLAC!

What conversion rules did you set (screenshot may help). It may be that Supported Formats doesn't include the FLAC files specifics, thus resulting in the conversion.
