Copying Sync List from Previous MM5
The latest update to MM5 tanked my portable install of MM5. I installed a new portable version, which worked fine. My music seemed to load fine relatively quickly, but now I've lost my sync list for my iPhone. The last time I had to make a new sync list from scratch, it took about 15 hours to reload all the music on the phone. Is it possible to find the sync list file from my old MM5 files and copy that into my new MM5 files so I don't have to start from scratch? I looked around in the files, but nothing stood out to me. I'm pretty annoyed that it didn't update properly, but I should have had my portable install backed up separately.
Re: Copying Sync List from Previous MM5
You can't copy this. You can use the old database instead of the new one. The database is where this is stored, and there is no export of the Sync List itself.

Re: Copying Sync List from Previous MM5
Ah great thank you! Copying the old database files worked.
If anyone else stumbled across this and wonders what I did - I copied these files (I didn't see the metadatacache file) from my previous MM5 install to the new install, moving the others ones from the new install before I did it.
Portable Mode:
In the ‘Portable’ subdirectory of the location to which MediaMonkey was installed. e.g.
<MediaMonkey Portable Install Folder>\Portable\MM5.DB
<MediaMonkey Portable Install Folder>\Portable\MediaMonkey.ini
<MediaMonkey Portable Install Folder>\Portable\persistent.json
<MediaMonkey Portable Install Folder>\Portable\MetadataCache\
