[3514] MM 2027: Sync Conversion to OPUS just changes extension [#22251]

Greetings!

I'm testing the new Opus conversion feature in MM 2027. When I manually convert a single file, it appears to be working. When I use a sync profile to convert a directory of MP3s, the files are copied to the new location with the .opus filename extension, but they are the same size, and the media info shows they are still MPEG audio.
