gigabeat s60 sync

I recently had to reformat my PC and my backup files seem to be missing some of my songs.

Everything is still on my gigabeat though. Is there a way to make media monkey pull all of the music off of the mp3 player? In "Synchronization Options" there is an option for "Auto-synchronize tracks from the device to the PC", but it can not be selected. Does anyone know how to activate this option?

Does anyone have any insight on how to enable the "Sync files to PC capability"?

Please help. I am missing about 25% of my music (about 10 Gigs).
