i really like Media moneky. My problem is i have audible files and an IPOD and want those to audible files to stay on the IPOD after I sync.
They can if i don't check the "delete files that aren't on the auto-sync list from the device". However, i want to have non-audible files deleted from the sync device but i want the audible files to stay there. I will continue to use IPOD just for the audible files.
so i guess the request is for the "delete files that aren't on the auto-sync list from the device", i would like to have a sub-button to check that "protects" the audible files from deletion.
that work or make sense?
audible files

sorry --
Audible Files = audio books purchased from Audible.com. They have a .aa extension.
MediaMonkey recognize Audible files. ITunes does.
When you sync the IPOD with MM, MM can delete songs on the IPOD that aren't in MM library. For the rest of music files, I want to be able to do this -- that way it deletes files that i have chosen to delete in MM.
However, in doing this, MM also deletes the Audible .aa files as well -- since they aren't in the MM library. What I would like is to be able to have MM delete files on the IPOD that aren't in the MM library but ignore (and therefore not delete) audible files.
Make sense?
