How can I add an Album Artist node to the tree?
It may have been there at one point - I'm not sure - but either way, it's gone now.
I'm seeing an "Artist & Album Artist" node, but I want just the Album Artist.
thanks

Getting Title Node Back on Tree in MM4
I'm not terribly computer literate so help me understand how to display the Title Node on the Tree MM has always had. I don't know why it was taken off, and I have to do something special now.
I've read the posts, and I guess I have to do something , in Tools > Media Tree, but honestly, there is no box to check to display the Title Node for all tracks
I suspect that I somehow have to create a new "Collection" with some search criteria, but I don't want a collection--I just want to see all my stuff with a Title Node. Its really that simple.
Can someone give me a clue what to do to simply get back that Title Node for my entire collection of 35,000 tracks?
Thanks in advance.

Tools > Options > Media Tree and select the Collection you want to configure. Click the Edit button and in the new window the tree node tab allows you to change which nodes are shown for that particular Collection. This is for MediaMonkey 4.

So this can only be done in the Gold version?Lowlander wrote:Tools > Options > Media Tree and select the Collection you want to configure. Because when I click on Edit, I get this message, which is confusing for two reasons: (1) it doesn't seem to be about adding nodes (but it's hard to tell because I'm not sure what a 'collection' is), and (2) it says you'd need the Gold version to browse just your classical music, but there is already a node right there in my tree for classical and I *don't* have the Gold version - ?!
"Collections allow you to define subsets of your Library so that you can, for example, browse your classical music collection independently of your other music. Collections can only be created with the Gold version.

Yes, unfortunately you cannot change the nodes now without MM Gold, where you could in MM3 with the standard version.listen wrote:So this can only be done in the Gold version?Lowlander wrote:Tools > Options > Media Tree and select the Collection you want to configure.
