Proxy Issue with Latest MM

Hi:
I just updated to MM 4.0.1.1461 and I see a new issue on my Sony NWZ-S545. This was not an issue in version 2, that I know of:
I get a Socket Error #10060 now when I try to update my podcast. If I go outside our firewall, the podcast comes in fine. All browsers operate normally.
Seems like a proxy issue, and did not have it before. My company uses a proxy autoconfig URL and they offer no static proxies.
Any suggestions out there?

Tools > Options > Network is used to setup Proxy in MediaMonkey, you might need to do so again.

It looks to me that the autoconfig URL cannot be made to work, now.
In the Firefox browser, for example, it looks like this:
