When I try to sync to either the internal memory or external memory MM copies the files over but on my phone all I get is the album art and everything else says unknown. If you click on the album it says no tracks. If you physically go to where the files are they are all there.
If I just drag-and-drop the files onto either the internal or external memory it works fine, but I would like to load playlists but unless I fixed this I won't have any playlists.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
Thank you.

Re: Galaxy S3 will not sink using MM
Thanks but its not the same issue.
I can drag and drop files on both the internal memory and 32GB storage card with no problems everything is seen properly and plays, the problem is when I try to sync to the device it fails the same whether it's the internal memory or external memory.

Can you sync a Galaxy S3 with Media Monkey
I have now spent hours researching online and trying to get Media monkey to work on my new Galaxy S3 but have come up with no answers at all.
Will media monkey sync media and play list to a Galaxy S3? I cant seem to get an answer to this question.
When I use Media Monkey to transfer files and playlist it copies the files to the correct directory weather it be to the internal memory or external sd card it puts it in the correct order but when open the player(any player) it shows the artwork and next to it it says UNKNOWN. If you select the album it says NULL for files.
If you drag and drop the files from file explore into the Music folder MM created, the file you dragged and dropped works fine even though the one created by MM is identical.
Thanks

Re: Galaxy S3 will not sink using MM
I have this exact issue on my S3 - anything from MM is 'unknown' so I have to use Kies to manage the music on my phone and Kies music management is really bad.
i found MM creates the folders with the music but on the phone the internal player and Winamp do not recognise it.
I found that MM puts the music in: Computer\GT-I9300\Phone\Music whereas Kies puts it in Computer\GT-I9300\Phone\media
Only an application called 'Folder Player' will play the music.
