some old winamp plugins work if you can find any online now that winamp is defuncted. but the best way to rip / record from online is with a wav editor.
there are several great ones to use. one i like the most is Auducity new version was just released last month or so.
but there might be other programs that some use to record from stream feeds. they should be around to tell you later but ask some of the others if no one shows up with an idea.

Was möchtest Du aufnehmen? Ganze Radio-Sendungen oder einzelne Musik-Stücke?
Du bist Dir bewusst, dass beides einen ziemlich grossen manuellen Bearbeitungsaufwand mit sich zieht (z.B. Aufnahme planen, unerwünschte Werbung raushören und rausschneiden, umwandeln in verlustfreies Format, etc).
Bekommst Du das Gesuchte nicht "fixfertig" aus anderer Quelle?
