MediaMonkey can't find my zen micro

I don't know why it can't, but MM is not recognizing my Zen Micro even though it is connected. I can't seem to figure out how to get MM to find the device. Any tips? I've updated the firmware and drivers already.

Are you using the latest version (2.5.1) of MediaMonkey?

What firmware are you using for the Micro?

Is the device detected in Windows Media Player?
