doubles when playlist contains same track

Hi everyone,

I have had this issue when synching tracks on to my smartphone.
Whenever I synch a playlist the tracks in that playlist which are also on my smartphone under an album show up as doubles.

For example: Windowlicker from Aphex Twin features in one of my playlists.
When I just select the album of this track it shows in the list twice...

Is there a way to go around this?

How are you syncing, what phone and which version of MediaMonkey?

Sony Xperia S, versin 4.1.11 on pc.

I'm synching via Media Monkey on my pc. I click on my device and then (Auto sync to device).

What App shows the files twice and are they actually twice on your phone? If the latter is true were all files synced by MediaMonkey to the device?

The media monkey app.
Have to check on the second qestion. It seems the app just doubles any track that also comes up in a playlist.
From your reaction I assume this is not how it should go?

No, it shouldn't.

You can try a sync where you allow MediaMonkey to remove all media files that aren't on the sync list. This may resolve the issue, but proceed with caution as it will remove all media files not on the sync list which could include files (like videos) that you want to keep. Make sure you only let it delete what you don't want to keep.

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try that if my phone doesn't stop crashing all time.
I have a feeling it's getting a bit old for these kind of things unfortunately.
