There was a problem querying the database

Post by _Chris_ »

On MMG, after adding a few tracks, I clicked on maintain database and after a few seconds, we had a power failure and the whole laptop crashed, on restarting, I now get the message: 'There was a problem querying the database: Error executing SQL "UPDATE Songs SET
Songpath=?,Artist=?, etc, etc.
Any help really appreciated.
Chris.

MMG 4 and I can't get to any of the options on the top bar, because the error message keeps coming up. Clicking ignore, cancel or retry just takes it onto the next track (11,000 tracks).

Hi,
Chris, can you open support ticket and supply us with compressed MM.DB? If refuse to attach file in ticket pleae upload it to DropBox, one drive, GDrive, ... and supply us with a download link in ticket?

I didn't hear anything back, so researched some more - solved the issue on another forum.
