You can access the Setting in MediaMonkey from the menu by tapping the settings gear icon. Then tap Lookup & Scrobble to be able to change the following lookup & scrobble settings.

Lookup information

MediaMonkey can lookup Album artwork and Lyrics when playing a file if it's missing this information. This information can be saved to the MediaMonkey database, but not to the files tags themselves. The latter can be done when Syncing with MMW.

  • Lookup missing album art, when enabled MediaMonkey will attempt to find the file's missing Album Artwork online.
  • Lookup missing lyrics, when enabled MediaMonkey will attempt to find the file's missing Lyrics online.
  • Update database, when enabled the looked up information will be saved in the MediaMonkey database. This can then be used by Sync to save it to the file tags.

Scrobble

MediaMonkey itself can't scrobble directly to last.fm. However there are other Apps that can scrobble for MediaMonkey (as well as other media Apps on your device). You may need to configure your preferred scrobbling app to scrobble plays from MediaMonkey.

  • Install last.fm will take you to the Last.fm App in the app store.
  • Install Simple Last.fm will take you to the Simple Last.fm App in the app store.
