Various features in MediaMonkey show confirmations and allow these confirmations to not be shown again. Under Tools > Options > Confirmations from the Main Menu these confirmations can be enabled again:

- Confirm desired options on copy of Library folders will ask you to copy the folder and all its contents or just copy the media files in the folder in the MediaMonkey Library when copying a folder to another location.
- Confirm desired options on move of Library folders will ask you to move the folder and all its contents or just move the media files in the folder in the MediaMonkey Library when moving a folder to another location.
- Confirm desired options on removal of files from Playlist will ask if files should be removed from the Playlist, Playlist and Library, or Playlist, Library and the physical file as well. This setting doesn't apply to AutoPlaylist from which you can't remove files, for AutoPlaylist it will always prompt if the file should be removed from the Library, or Library and the physical file as well.
- Confirm desired options on removal of files the Playing list will ask if files should be removed from the Playing, Playing and Library, or Playing, Library and the physical file as well.
- Confirm deletion of currently playing file will ask if the file currently playing should be removed. This would stop playback of the file as it will no longer exist.
- Confirm rename operations that exceed 64 character CD limit will ask if you want to proceed when a filename will exceed 64 characters when renaming/creating filenames. The 64 character limit matters if you plan to burn the files to a Data CD.
- Confirm scan results shows the confirmation after Scanning has completed.
- Confirm modifications to more than 50 files at once will ask if you want to proceed with the changes if the changes are made to more than 50 files. This is a protection to prevent accidental mass edits as most edits can't be undone.
- Confirm sync operation when there's not enough space available will ask what to do if you selected more files to be Synced than fit on the device.
