I only use the basic one as a fallback but I would not be opposed to you deleting it, I can switch over to the dark one.

Hello Trixmoto ,i prefer also animated skins,
sounds like you do some bigger changes in the layout ( tabs ? )

I got one more suggestion for the automatic skin change , It works very well but the only problem is ,
if you got different skin player/versions like:

Agora MK2
Agora MK2_Small
Agora MK2_eee

they all use the same color theme and MR skin ,but only the first works right.
I don't know if it's possible but would be nice when the automatic engine just looks for the first word before a separator ,or Ignore words like Slim, Small, eee

I plan to attempt something with tabs, although I'm not sure quite how it will work yet. If anybody wants to mock something up in Paintshop (or whatever) to inspire me then feel free!

I have already improved the "automatic" skin mode and plan to add more "fuzzy" matching - I will make sure this situation is accounted for.

So, I had mediamonkey working perfectly in windows xp, but I had to upgrade to windows 7 yesterday and now monkeyrok does not display any album art. Everything else is fine. However, I do not know if the problem lies with monkeyrok seeing how the scroll wheel is disabled if I have album art or album art w/ detail as my main display list. The scrolling is not compromised with monkeyrok though. Even if I remove monkeyrok (move the vbs files), the scrolling bug is still there. Has anyone experienced this problem?

If it's not displaying any artwork this is most likely because the script does not have access to write the images to the temporary directory specified in the settings.

You should try disabling UAC to see if that is the problem.

Here's one for you - when I toggle the artwork to show the Artist Image, it changes everything artist image - is it possible to just toggle the main image?

To illustrate, in case I'm not being clear enough...the left shows "Front", the center shows "Artist", and the third is what I'd like to see...



Is there something in the existing code I can modify, or is this something you'd have to add in to a future version?

Well this sounds like a bug to me, I think I'd have expected it to look like the third. I'll take a look at this in the next version.

I do have a problem with this script, though..

The error occurs on only one of my artists, Guns N' Roses. I do have a filter on GN'R, that filter the Custom 1 -tag so that it only shows SOME of my Guns N' Roses -files, and not every file I have.. so, I guess it's because of this I get this error.. If I start playing an GN'R album, the error occurs every time it starts playing the next song..

Any way to not see this error?



EDIT: To be picky, the error pops up twice for each new started song..

Do a quick search of this thread and you will find the solution. There have been a number of people that have had the same error with Guns N Roses files. I think if you input "Guns" or "Roses" in the thread search box (not the forum search box) you will find the answer.

Let us know if you still have problems.
