Pause and Play another Song (Weird, explaintion within)

Often i listen to books (many hours) or watch a 1hr tutorial video one after another. Occasionally i will feel like listening to a song.
Can there be a way to pause the song and play another? perhaps resume the original audiobook once the song is done? or maybe go through the playlist (which i would make short) until it reaches the end and resumes the audiobook where it left off?

check out any one of peke's posts in the forum here you will find a link to his site in his signature,
the site he made has a few scripts on one of which is a deejay preview script where you can play a song
and not mess up the other current playing song.

this sounds just like what you want to do with the audio book being played while you have background music to here the words by.

music in the background can keep a boring book more enjoyable to listen too.

Not exactly. I'd like the book to pause then listen to 1 or more songs then resume whereever it is down to the second. (20m54sec, 51m 10s etc. It takes time to find the spot unless you written down the exact time)

well that will have to be made in a new script or possible added in to the new mediamonkey program when 4 is made.

MM already has a "bookmark" feature built in that can save the spot you're at in audiobooks and podcasts and such.

i think they want it to do an automatic bookmark and switch to song by its self when they click on a song title? not sure but that is what it sounds like they want?
