This forum is for reporting bugs in MediaMonkey for Windows 4. Note that version 4 is no longer actively maintained as it has been replaced by version 5.
I bought a new 23" monitor using the native 1920x1080 resolution with font size at 150%, the Win 7 UI and most applications have crisp fonts but some applications including MediaMonkey have awful blurry fonts, I have no clue why is that but I'll find out, so far I found the following applications to have blurry fonts:
You can read everything in the MSDN document, the blurriness is caused by DPI virtualization, this can be disabled either globally or per application so XP mode scaling is used but as you can see in your screenshot there are other issues, big fonts and clipped text. Many other applications have very similar issues, it's not real dramatic but still a flaw, one that is painful to fix.
just?
it is on the same page the skins are on in the options.
but there is an app to use to fix the fuzzy font issues on flat screens. the issue is caused by cleartype. i was reading about it in the ati software on my system. so you might want to google for font issues caused by cleartype. or go to the ati site and see if you can find more about it there.
