AArtBrowser Title info background color [#8238]

In some cases the background from title info is not transparent ,
it shows the browser background color,
it depends on what colors i use ,some work ,others not
do i miss something ?

looks like this : ( wrong background in red! )


and here is the code from settings .ini:

Shouldn't Overlay Text color be 99D5F1 also?

Well , Overlay Text color is for the text on no AArt's :



I also noticed that the NOAlbumArt's images not working in this case.

when i use #E9E9E9 as BackgroundColor ,Info background and NoAArt's works fine ,
Like i wrote before some colors work correct ,other's not ,
that# why i think it's a bug

Text Background works now correct in critical Skins / Background colors (build 1423),
but now i see some missing pix in the mirrored AArts ,
See screenshot (red circles) it's skin independently.
