Album Art Sizes No Longer Showing

MM been working fine several weeks. Today, all of a sudden, the album art sizes are no longer shown. (Going into properties... Artwork... and then hovering over image.) I'm trying to clean them up (more than one art, different sizes etc.) and this occurrence makes it impossible. I tried reinstalling over the current MM install. This did not work. I'm not sure if its a problem with database, program, or registry. Any help that would keep me from having to completely reinstall and reimport (my huge) library would be appreciated. Couldn't find this in the help anywhere.

BTW it also does not show whether the image is stored in the file or externally.

Solved.

I think it was a system problem. I found that the same think was happening in a separate portable install. I did a system restore (which was unsuccessful for some reason), but after reboot, the problem was gone.

windows always wants a reboot after update or restore. m$$ said it does not anymore, but the software did not get their memo on no more reboots needed. so windows keeps on waiting for the reboots,

i know, i know, some times it is the 3rd party software not installing while other programs are running that causes the reboot. but wheres the fun in blaming the 3rd party programmer?
